Dylan Van Gerpen is a gay Kansas City native living in the urban core. He has spent many years active in the gay community and gay youth services right here in the heart of the midwest.

Dylan has a total of 13 years in real estate and has been selling residential real estate full-time for the last 8 years. He is dually licensed in both Missouri and Kansas and specializes in the urban core, historic properties, and relocation.

With an impressive resume and all of the latest tools, he is sure to help you make the transition into Kansas City life and feel right at home in our beautiful and vibrant community!

Dylan and his partner of 11 years also own an established catering company in North Kansas City by the name of Scrape the Plate Catering which has proudly been in business for 15 years here in the Kansas City metro.

Dylan and Scott enjoy traveling the world, cooking/eating, restoring our historic home of 9 years, friends, and exploring our hometown of Kansas City.
